I got a root canal by Dr. Christopher Greenwaldt & he did amazing I didn’t feel anything, not even the numbing shots!! And he really cared about preserving my tooth. The office and receptionists are very inviting, and the hygienist and the doctor made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Overall I had a 10/10 experience and Rockford Endodontics will be the only endodontist i would recommend to anyone!!

I am absolutely grateful with the care I received from Dr. Christopher Greenwaldt and his team! After experiencing severe tooth pain, my dentist referred me to their office and they were able to see me the very next morning. Dr. Greenwaldt performed my root canal and I could not have asked for a better experience. He and his team were professional, caring efficient and made me feel completely confident that I was in good hands. Most importantly, they saved my tooth and relieved my pain! I went from being in severe pain to being completely pain-free, and I am incredibly grateful. I also truly appreciated how well the office coordinated with my dentist and made sure all of my X-rays and paperwork were transferred so my treatment could continue seamlessly. Thank you, Dr. Greenwaldt and team, for the exceptional care you provided. You truly went above and beyond, and I would recommend you without hesitation to anyone needing endodontic care!

Rockford Endodontics exceeded my expectations. The office staff are friendly. My appointment date was able to be moved up due to a cancelation, which I appreciated. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Moore and Val made sure I was comfortable throughout my root canal. It actually was no worse than having a cavity filled. I would 100% recommend Rockford Endodontics to others.

The schedulers got me in very quickly for my root canal. Preregistration online saved time at check in, and payment requirements were explained both online and at check in. The staff was welcoming. I had lots of questions, which were all answered with thought and consideration, by the staff and the doctor. They outlined the procedure, and Dr. Moore explained the steps as he worked. I felt no pain during procedure- not even the Novocain injection. Afterwards, I received post op instructions, warning signs of any problems, and what to do if I had questions. I received a follow up call 2 days later to make sure all was well, and asked if there were any questions. I was very pleased with everything, from start to finish.

Over the course of my years on this earth, I've had to have a few root canals performed on my teeth. The one I just had performed by Dr. Moore was the most pleasant endodontic experience I've had. I was able to get an appointment scheduled one week from my initial call for my evaluation. His assistant was extremely pleasant and accommodating and the office staff was very helpful. Dr. Moore took the time to explain my options to me, and he was able to complete the procedure the same day as the evaluation. He made sure to numb my mouth in phases to limit pain and discomfort and explained the steps to me while he was working so I knew what to expect next. I would not hesitate to come here again if I need endodontic services in the future and will recommend him highly to friends and family as well. Do expect to pay for the quality work you receive here. Full payment is due at time of service. They will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf and any benefits/payment they would normally cover would be sent to you for compensation of the procedure. This was not an inexpensive procedure by any means, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I definitely beli
